Another licensed real estate agent came to me and asked me to represent him in the sale of his mothers home here in Mill Valley which with hard work and extensive marketing, we got a great price. Next he and his wife turned their attention toward finding a home to retire into, The street number on the mother's home was 152 which was the same as the home we found in Sonoma. The Street name El Retiro (slightly different spelling) means the retirement. So 152 the retirement it was. The Sellers had made a major price reduction and then decided to rent instead of selling. I wouldn't take no for an answer and I was able to come in and negotiate a great price for my client. There is no substitute for experience.
