Experience and Commitment

I started my career in 1984 and I am committed to providing you with more than just a successful real estate transaction. I believe my buyers and sellers are entitled to a professional relationship that is convenient, stress-free and remarkably satisfying.

Marketing & Expertise

My innovative marketing plans include professional photography, stunning video/slideshows and extensive social media advertising. I am known for my excellent reputation and I am highly respected by my fellow REALTORS® as well as inspectors, appraisers, lenders, and title companies. I am ethical, accessible and hardworking.

Network Strength

I have a special relationship with area REALTORS® having trained many top producing agents. I have been active in the local Association of REALTORS®, MLS, schools, government, Chambers of Commerce, task forces and committees. I maintain an extensive and vibrant social network to the benefit of my clients.

High Standards

As you consider buying or selling a home, potentially the largest financial commitment and most important investment in your life, there are no more powerful and important words than reliability and trust. I carry this responsibility and commitment with me each and every day – it is what separates me from other real estate agents. When I hang my sign at a listing or present my business card to a prospect, I am representing a commitment to consistently strive to provide the most effective uses of technology, marketing, and key business innovations.

I am a second generation REALTOR®. I grew up in a real estate family in Massachusetts. My father opened his real estate office in Hamilton Mass in 1950. I attended the Boston Architectural Center and assisted Walter Gropius at The Architects Collaborative in Cambridge Massachusetts. I also worked for Hurricane Island Outward Bound School in Maine as well as the New York Yacht Club Race Committee during the 1970 America's Cup Races. I managed a boatyard near Bar Harbor Maine and was a Marine Surveyor in Sausalito. For five years I also worked for the Building Inspection Department of the County of Marin.

I began my real estate carrier with Redwood Empire Properties in Mill Valley in 1984. The following year I became a top producing sales associate with Frank Howard Allen Realtors in Marin. For two of my years with Frank Howard Allen, I was a member of the management team as the Director of Agent Training.

In 2000 I opened the William Norton Johnson Real Estate Company in Mill Valley, a successful boutique real estate company. I joined Bradley Real Estate in 2008 in response to the changing real estate market. Always looking to how I can best serve my clients, in 2018 I went back to working solely as the William Norton Johnson Real Estate Company.

I am always dedicated to promoting the highest standards in real estate.

There is a reason so many attorneys, judges and even other licensed real estate agents have sought out my real estate service over the years.

There's a Quality That Sets Me Apart!

"Bill took on the difficult task of Chair of the Miller Ave Streetscape Taskforce and skillfully guided it through a potentially contentious nine meeting process. He is bright, gets right down to the key issues and kept the focus where it belonged and away from unrelated issues."
