This is a client centric approach designed to first determine the complete real estate needs of the client and then develop a comprehensive strategy to meet those needs. This can involve a single home or multiple properties in many locations.
Over the years I have adapted this system to the changing Real Estate environment, changing client demographics and differences in how generations like to do business. Remember Residential Real Estate is about people not property. It can be quite an emotional process and I am here to help.
I have shared a wealth of information on this site learned over more than thirty years in local real estate sales and I have a lot more to share in person.Take your time and enjoy the many pages and of course contact me if you have any questions. Also look for my upcoming videos of the "Let's Talk Real Estate" series on Face Book.
I am looking forward to getting you on your way to achieving your real estate goals. Remember, it is never too early to involve me in your real estate decission making process.
In 2007 I was caught in a downpour at the Village Shopping Center in Corte Madera. I ducked into the closest store which happened to be a Payless Shoe Store. They had a rack with hats and while I said to myself I’m not a cowboy, this was the only hat that fit me so I bought it.
I wore the hat home and stuck it in the back of a closet. Three months later I was cleaning out the closet and came across the hat. I thought that I payed good money for the hat, so I’ll wear it for a day.
People started to say; “you look great in that hat” so I wore it for about three weeks and put it back in the closet. People then said; “we don’t recognize you without the hat”.
Now that generally wouldn’t be enough for me to change my fashion style however there is another Bill Johnson in Marin County real estate who is about the same age and has been in the business for about the same amount of time. In fact, we both worked at Frank Howard Allen Realtors at the same time for fourteen years.
So Black Hat Bill was born, and the hat is present in all my marketing just so there is no confusion.
